Every summer the Peter and Paul's fortress becomes a centre of fun, relaxation culture and entertainment and this year is no exception. From July 12 to July 16 master sand castle builders will flood the beach in front of Peter and Paul's Fortress for a Sand Sculpture Competition. The theme for this year’s competition is ‘the ancient Greek Olympic flame’ inspired by 2009’s year of youth and the unifying power of sports and healthy living.
