| During this guided tour (with or without transfer) you will be shown the mansion of the richest family of Russia of XIX century. The Yusupov Palace was designed and decorated to rival grandeur and luxury of royal family. While the standard tour you will get an overview of the magnificent palace interiors and impressive collection of paintings, sculptures and some other pieces of applied art which are kept inside the palace. The tour with visiting The Rasputin murder exhibition will also give you an opportunity to see a special exhibition devoted to the murder of Grigory Rasputin (the famous favorite of Romanov’s family and mysterious figure in Russian history) which took place at The Yusupov Palace. And you will be told a frightening story about how on the 17th of December 1916 Rasputin was assassinated, poisoned, shot and drowned. During the tour with visiting The Rasputin murder exhibition & Boudoirs you will have an opportunity to visit an exhibition devoted to the murder of Grigory Rasputin and after that you will be shown the splendid boudoirs famous for their unique decorations. |
