CANCELLATION
POLICY:
- Any change or cancellation of
our services after the confirmation of your booking is a subject to our
cancellation policy. Please note that the below is true for individual
travellers or a group of no more than 6 people.
- Any changes or cancellation of
our services made before our confirmation – free of charge.
- A cancellation of our services
made after the confirmation and up to 30 days prior to the start of the
agreed service is a subject to the administrative fee of 5% of the total price
of service.
- A cancellation of our services
made between 30 days and 14 days prior to the start of the agreed service
is a subject to the administrative fee of 15% of the total price of
service.
- A cancellation of our services
made less than 14 days prior to the start of the agreed service is a
subject to the administrative fee of 25% of the total price of service.
- A cancellation of our services
made after 72 hours deadline or a no-show is non-refundable (you lose 100%
of your money).
Administrative
fees applicable to Cancellation of Train Tickets are as follows:
- A cancellation made at 46 days
and more prior to the actual departure dates is free of charge
- A cancellation made at 45—35
days prior to the actual departure dates is a subject to the
administrative fee of 20% of the ticket price
- A cancellation made after 35
days and up to 72 hours prior to the actual departure dates is a subject
to the administrative fee of 50% of the ticket price
- A cancellation of your tickets
made after the above 72 hours deadline or a no-show is non-refundable (you
lose 100% of your money)
