The hotel was opened in May 2004. The history-old decoration of the interiors has been preserved in the building. The hotel has eleven rooms with a floor space of 20-25 metres, high ceilings with old stucco moulding, parquetry, comfortable bathrooms, satellite television, telephone. The hotel is equipped with the systems of partial air-conditioning, ventilation and fire  alarm.
To secure safety of the guests, there is a video observation system in the halls.
